Awesome location and service!
This place is right in the heart of the old city, super convenient. The staff went above and beyond, checking on our tour and making sure we had everything we needed. The food at the restaurant was fantastic! One thing though, the pool hours are a bit limited, which was a bummer.

comfortable stay with room for improvement
The staff provided excellent assistance, particularly in arranging safe taxi rides. The breakfast brunch offered a variety of choices and was served early, which made mornings pleasant. I noticed a strong effort from the staff to communicate and meet all our needs, which positively influenced our stay.
The room lacked a bit of charm and could use some updates.

beautiful fountain of fruit, elegant building, large swimming pool
The bathroom could definitely use some renovations, especially with outdated fixtures!!! The entire area seems a bit lacking in charm, with uninspiring dining options that fail to impress!!! Consider providing umbrellas for rainy days for added convenience!!!

Had a lovely stay for 3 nights, really enjoyed the breakfast with fresh pastries and the calming indoor heated pool. Took full advantage of the spa area to unwind after a long day of exploring. Just wish there were baths in the room, but that didn't take away from the overall comfort and relaxation we experienced. 😊
